Q: What is the Tanzania Comoros Trade Summit?
A: The Tanzania Comoros Trade Summit is  an Annual event in Moroni, Comoros hosted by the Embassy of the United Republic of Tanzania in the Comoros and organized by 361 Degrees, that is aimed at bringing together high level government officials involved in trade facilitation as well as private sector operators from Tanzania and the Comoros.

Q: Will organizers make hotel reservations on our behalf?
A: Reservation will only be made for Delegates taking the Gold/Silver Summit package
Those NOT taking the Summit package will have to arrange for their own transport and accommodation.
The hotel reserves the right to accept or reject each reservation depending on availability. Please liaise with the hotel directly to obtain a confirmation number for your reservation.

Q: What are the accepted mode of Payment for this Summit?

Q: After payment is made, will we receive any other details or confirmation?
A: A confirmation Email will be sent.

Conference Materials and pack will be given to you upon arrival in Moroni
Name tags will be given on the day of the event at the venue

Q: what’s your Cancellations, Refund & Transfer policy?
A: A refund will be promptly made for all written cancellations received 3 weeks before the event date but subject to a USD 150 administrative costs PLUS applicable bank charges. Thereafter, cancellations are not refundable but substitute delegates (only is the flight ticket hasn’t been issued) are permitted, if notified in advanced.

No refund of Delegate registration fees would be made for whatsoever reasons

Q: Is there any delegate fee?
A: Non Comorian delegates have a minimal fee to pay mentioned on the Delegate Booking Form whilst Comorian Business Community has been invited by their chamber of Commerce and Tanzania embassy in Moroni

A: The program features talks and panel discussions led by government and Business leader from both countries

Q: Does One need a VISA to Comoros?
A: YES, all delegates attending will require Visa to enter Comoros
NB: kindly have a copy of your return ticket on hand with you
Kindly also have your yellow fever and cholera vaccination cards on hand
Q: How do I obtain a VISA to Comoros?
A: VISA will be granted upon arrival in Moroni. For confirmed delegates Kindly Send an email to with a copy of your passport.

Q: What is The Currency in Comoros?
A: Comorian Franc commonly known as KMF, its pegged at 1 Euro to 500KMF.
Euro is also widely accepted. So are VISA cards at various ATMS and Hotels

Q: What Languages are widely spoken in Comoros?
A: French and Shikomori (Comorian) is the official language. Arabic is widely spoken, English is sparsely spoken though Kiswahili is well understood by most.

Q: What Language will be used during the Summit?
A: French and English will be used during the Summit and there shall be AVAILABLITY of translation services.

Q: Will I be able to learn about products and services?
A: Absolutely. Various Tanzanian and Comorian exhibitors will showcase their products and services, and be available to discuss the benefits they provide.
